The short answer

What is a Clover closeout, what is an open batch, and when do the funds reach your bank? This video walks through Finances, Closeout and Batch history on the Clover web dashboard. Clover itself says funds are deposited 1 to 3 business days after you close out a batch.

Step by step

1. Your open batch

Card payments collect in an open batch. Auto-closeout closes it at a set time every night, shown right on the card.

2. Closeout starts the payout

Once a batch closes, Clover says funds are deposited in 1 to 3 business days.

3. Batch history

Each closed batch shows the date, transaction count and amount. Click a batch to see the payments in it.

4. Match batches to deposits

Recent deposits sit right beside Closeout, so you can match each batch to the money that reached your bank.
