Step by step

1. Items, Item list, Add item

Your item list shows price, cost, category, modifiers and whether each item shows on the POS, kiosk and in stock.

2. Name and price

Only two fields are required to start: the item name and the price.

3. Variants for sizes and flavours

Tick "Add items with variants" for items that differ only by size, colour or flavour.

4. Price type

Fixed price, variable (enter at sale) or per unit for things sold by weight.

5. Age limits and online ordering

Flag age-restricted items like alcohol, and choose whether the item appears on kiosk and online ordering.
