The short answer
Clover can do more than in-person sales. Send invoices customers pay online, create estimates and turn them into invoices, and set up recurring payment plans for memberships, classes or service contracts, all from Sales activity on the Clover web dashboard.
In this video
Step by step
1. Invoices at a glance
Received this year and in the last 30 days, paid, unpaid, overdue and total outstanding.
2. Create and send an invoice
Customers get an email with a pay link. Status changes to Paid, Overdue or Expired on its own.
3. Estimates become invoices
Send a professional estimate, track its status, then convert it into an invoice once the customer says yes.
4. Recurring payment plans
Set a plan's amount and frequency, weekly to monthly, then add customers. Clover charges them on schedule.
5. Create a new plan
Gyms, studios, schools and service businesses use plans for memberships and contracts.

How we made this video
We recorded this on CleverPays' own Clover web dashboard at clover.com on 6 November 2026, view only: no sales, refunds or saved settings. Customer and employee names are blurred. Your dashboard can look a little different, depending on your plan and apps.
